Let the savory adventure begin!
Start by pouring 2 1/2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar in a jar.
Then add 1/3 cup vegetable oil,
1/2 tablespoon of sugar,
3/4 teaspoon of tarragon leaves,
1 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard,
and 1/4 of a clove of garlic, grated.
Put the lid on the jar and shake well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on some beautiful delicate greens such as watercress, shown above, or butter lettuce, green or red leaf, etc.
